Shipping Information

We ship free to all 50 States in the USA and all 10 Provinces in Canada. Our preferred shipping partners are UPS & FedEx Ground and we'll forward your tracking number the day your order ships out.

All products offered for sale on hugohides.com are in stock and are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, and is usually shipped on the business day following receipt of your order.  Each item is individually wrapped in 2 mil poly sheets to ensure protection against moisture before being placed in corrugated shipping boxes sized to best fit each order. Pillows ship with inners included.

For International Shipping (i.e. anywhere other than USA or Canada) we use UPS and FedEx and charge a flat fee of $70.  This charge will be added to your order total during the online checkout process.
